When we set out to build All American Civil Process we had one goal in mind, to unite process servers across the country into one system so that you the client could have access to the status of your service regardless of where it is being served in the United States. We also realized that process servers are an independent bunch and love working for themselves. This is why we came up with our Independnt Process Server system. With this system process servers do not work directly for us, rather they work with us to make sure that you are getting everything you can out of your process serving company.

   Speed and Integrity are the two elements that drive our business, both are equally important and without one or the other our business along with your business would suffer. While we are always striving to deliver the documents you have in the most time efficient manner we also realize that paperwork is the majority of our business. That is once the documents are served the service is only half over. We get the documents out in the mail within 24 hours of being complete and if you use our Paralegal Planning Center you can view when the affidavits were notarized and when they were placed into the mail. You can also check on the status of your services, view when attempts were made and track the accounting items for each service.
