Here at AACP we know that perfection is only obtainable with the help of a heightened awareness to details. It is in the little things we do that sets us above the crowd. The flexibility to meet your needs, the open communication and the ability to grow as your needs grow position us to be there for you long after the service is complete.

'Customer Service' is not a department within the organization, it is encoded in our daily work ethic and as we perform every service we remember that we are here for one reason, to serve the customer.


Communication Standards

As technology has progressed so has the way that we communicate. Gone are the days of phones and answering machines; we have seen cell phones and the internet dominate over the past 20 years and as we move into the future we will find even more ways to stay connected to what is important to us. We will always be looking for new ways and improving on the ways we communicate both with the customers and within our organization.

Currently we are using phones, both land lines and cell phones, fax machines, email & online communications to make sure that the information you seek is never more than a few seconds away.


Server Standards

Disciplined, Honorable, Person of Integrity; these are all traits of the people we proudly call the process servers on our team. Unwilling to let obstacles get in the way of getting the job done, we work as a group in order to make sure that we meet or exceed the customers expectations.

Along with the excellent training that our servers go through for certifications and in-house training we also put emphases on personal growth and make sure that our team members have adequate time away from work for family events and personal relaxation.
